Our quotation are always based on FOB Guangzou/Hong Kong or EX-Factory (follow our contract when you place order).
If the goods are lost? on the way to the destination,
 we will try our best? to work with the relative side?
to solve the trouble, but we do not pay any responsibility on this case.

For Example:
Shipment by Express courier, there have tracking no.
Shipment by Air Cargo, there have AWB No..
Shipment by Sea Cargo, there have B/L Original Documents.
For the above, if the goods are disappeared , we do not pay any lost for the shipments.
 but you can buy the insurance when you place order in case the lost.
In general, the insurance rate is 0.55%-5% of the total amount.
